Rev. Judith K. Harrington is the Founder and Director of Dove Ministries International. With over 25 years of active ministry, Rev. Harrington is a proven leader in Christ's Body. Her recognized five-fold calling is Prophet to The Church, and as such she ministers internationally. She has preached in over twenty countries, and reaches many more through her books and tapes.

Rev. Harrington serves as Senior Minister of Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Petoskey, Michigan.

Cornerstone Fellowship Church is the prototype church upon which Rev. Harrington patterns the government of other local churches that rely on her authority as Pastor and Prophet. Through licensing options of either Affiliation or Association, Dove Ministries International provides spiritual support and legal direction to local assemblies that seek the authoritative covering of a prophetic ministry. Rev. Harrington takes a personal interest in the oversight of these churches through preaching and teaching, and places the many resources of Dove Ministries International at their pastors' disposal.

Dove Ministries International also serves as an ordination and licensing authority for five-fold ministers and for recognized ministry of Helps personnel. There are four different classes of ordination and licensing designed to cover all ministerial aspects: five-fold callings in church governments, ministry specialties, Helps ministry leaders and workers, and lay workers with exhortative callings. Dove Ministries International also offers ministry covering for travel or mission ministries. All ministers ordained and licensed by Dove Ministries International have demonstrated the benefits of the prophetic anointing upon their lives.

In 1987 Rev. Harrington founded Dove Publishing, a not for profit organization that specializes in graphic design and publishing. Dove Publishing serves the needs of Dove Ministries International and all of its Affiliate and Associate members.

In 1990 Rev. Harrington founded Intensive Training Institute, a three-tiered Bible School dedicated to providing doctrinally sound teaching at the university level to individuals and groups within Christ's Body. Rev. Harrington has prepared the materials for all 135 courses currently offered, and teaches each course herself. Believers who have completed the Institute's training are awarded the degree of Excellence in Biblical Studies, and become eligible to apply for licensing under Dove Ministries International. Currently the school is offered as an audio home study. Plans to post its courses on the Web are in progress.

Rev. Jay Harrington ministers locally at Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Petoskey, Michigan, and provides ministerial support at numerous local churches in the United States. His ministry will take on an internationl aspect when he travels to France in the fall of 2000.

Rev. Harrington is a specialist in training ministry of Helps leaders and workers. Licensed by Dove Ministries Intrnational, Rev. Harrington is well-versed in the flow of the prophetic anointing, and labors diligently to instill the recognition of this flow in the people he trains.

Rev. Harrington also serves as an administrator for Dove Ministries International. Projects under his direct supervision are Dove Publishing and the daily aspects of Cornerstone Fellowship Church.
