All necessary forms must be completed and returned to the Dove Ministries International offices within one month of receipt.

An administrative and filing fee for association with Dove Ministries International must be included with the application. The fee is $250.00, payable by check to Dove Ministries International.

If you are already incorporated, you must have your Board of Trustees vote to be affiliated by Dove Ministries International and a copy of that motion must be attached to your application. You must also submit copies of your incorporation papers and your tax exempt number. If you are not incorporated and do not have your own tax exempt number, you must file immediately for both. The date of your filing must accompany your notice of application and when you receive your notice of incorporation, you must notify Dove Ministries International immediately.

You must be in agreement with Dove Ministries International's Statement of Faith and its purposes. You must also share the vision and direction God has placed upon Dove Ministreis International.

You must exclusively operate your ministry within the meaning of Section 501 (c) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1954.

You must adjust and amend your Articles of Incorporation and By-laws, if necessary, to reflect your affiliation with Dove Ministries International. You must strictly adhere to your Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws at all times.

You must keep sound financial vision and maintain proper records of all disbursements and funds received.

You must complete a renewal application for an associated ministry and pay a $100.00 fee to Dove Ministries International by January 31 of each year.

No monies of the Corporation shall be used for the personal benefit of any of its members.

The Senior minister of your church must secure his or her papers of license/ordination with Dove Ministries International. It is further recommended by Dove Ministries International that other leaders and key workers in your ministry do the same. Dove Ministries International will supply the appropriate forms for these purposes.

All applications will be held confidentially in the offices of Dove Ministries International. Each application will be prayerfully considered and reviewed by Rev. Judith K. Harrington. Upon her recommendation, the Board of Trustees of Dove Ministries International will notify you of your acceptance.

If your application is not accepted, your filing fee will be returned to you, less $25.00 to cover administrative costs.

Dove Ministries International retains the right to terminate association with any church that does not abide by these requirements, or that violates relationship between Itself and this ministry. Dove Ministries International will also terminate association if at any time there is a violation of Dove Ministries International's interests.

As your spiritual covering Dove Ministries International insists that all arms of your ministry obey the Lord's command to tithe regularly. Your tithe is a guarantee of meat (instruction) in your storehouse and right relationship with God.
